--- title: About Me test description: "About Me\n\nLewis Brent Parker Jr.\nEngineer • Entrepreneur • Veteran • Fabricator of the Future\n\nI’m Brent Parker, founder of Resilience Repurposed LLC, a veteran-owned design and fabrication studio headquartered in Charleston, SC, with core operations based in Aiken. While Charleston is our legal home and administrative center, nearly all of our design, prototyping, and manufacturing work is done in Aiken—where innovation meets hands-on problem solving.\n\nMy background spans over a decade as a Weld Engineer for a Fortune 100 company, combined with deep experience in carpentry, tooling, product development, and advanced manufacturing. Today, I lead Resilience Repurposed with a focus on transforming waste and raw ideas into products that serve people, businesses, and the planet.\n\nWhat We Do at Resilience Repurposed\n\nAt the intersection of craftsmanship, sustainability, and technology, we specialize in:\n • Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing): Rapid prototyping and short-run production using PLA, PETG, and recycled filament materials\n • Subtractive Manufacturing (Laser Cutting & Engraving): Precision parts, signage, decor, and tools in wood, acrylic, and fiberboard\n • Hybrid Fabrication: Combining welding, CNC routing, 3D printing, and traditional methods to build unique, functional products\n • Sustainable Product Design: Green-certified solutions made from reclaimed materials like sawdust, plastics, and offcuts\n • Art & Impact Work: Functional art installations for zoos, nonprofits, local businesses, and public spaces\n • Custom Tooling & Fixtures: Built for everything from sled dog trainers to shop owners to major industrial operations\n\nMy work reflects a core belief: that resilience isn’t just about bouncing back—it’s about building forward. Whether I’m prototyping green air filtration systems, crafting adaptive tools for veterans, or creating beautiful objects from discarded materials, my mission is simple—repurpose with purpose.\n\n⸻\n\nConnect With Me\n\n📞 Phone: (803) 606-9686\n📧 Email: brentparker@resiliencerepurposed.com\n🌐 Visit Resilience Repurposed" --- # Lewis Brent Parker Jr ## Engineer, Entrepreneur ## About Me I am an Engineer and Entrepreneur with a passion for welding and creating innovative solutions.
